The patient underwent an MRCP which showed a beaded appearance reflecting multifocal stricturing of the extrahepatic and intrahepatic bile ducts consistent with primary sclerosing cholangitis. His repeat labs showed persistent elevation of alkaline phosphatase. He continues to be asymptomatic.
