Further work up is notable for mild microcytic anemia with elevated platelets, elevated CRP, low albumin. Fecal calprotectin is elevated. Stool infection testing negative. Colonoscopy noted to have skip ulcerations in the colon with terminal ileal ulceration. Biopsies note chronic active changes with granuloma. MR enterography showed 10 cm of involved terminal ileum.
