After discussion of treatment options with the patient, Infliximab 5 mg/kg IV with methotrexate 12.5 mg PO weekly were initiated. The patient tolerated the first infusion well and had improvement in stool frequency over the next few days. Her steroid was changed to oral prednisone 40mg daily.
